Florangel Marín G.
Venezuelan by birth and Mexican at heart, with almost 20 years in this wonderful country that opened the doors to her family and as she says “we arrived 3 and now we are 4”.
After living and knowing two beautiful cities like Los Cabos (Baja California Sur) and Puerto Vallarta (Jalisco), without question, she says that she arrived in the paradise of turquoise waters with the dream of establishing herself in the youngest state of the Mexican Republic (Quintana Roo) and to date she is still in Playa del Carmen, enjoying nature, the quality of life it offers, the cultural diversity of the area and learning from those who come to stay or those who are just passing through.
“Like anywhere in the world, with its pros and cons, it is a blessing living in this small but cosmopolitan city,” adds Florangel.
She has a degree in Communication Sciences from the Andrés Bello Catholic University of Venezuela and is a professional speaker, with experience in interviews and several programs on radio, television, printed and institutional media. Florangel has practiced her profession since 1993 and was Chief of Information and Press at the main Venezuelan airport, the "Simón Bolívar" in Maiquetía, for a long time.
In Mexico, in 2002, she worked for a local newspaper in Los Cabos, two magazines as co-editor of content and sales executive in Puerto Vallarta; she also collaborated with reports for Equipar Magazine "Conectando Negocios" in Cancun, in the editions for Mexico and Colombia and managed the radio program on Riviera FM 98.1, "Sabor a Jazz" in Playa.
"Being here I have taken advantage of the time to update myself with other topics that have always interested me, such as Personal Finance, so I did an MBA in Strategic Planning at the Anahuac University. In 2018 I studied the Diploma in Real Estate Consulting at CANACO Playa del Carmen, I joined this chamber and I have also participated in SINDEMEX Playa with some business tips. I currently have a certification of labor skills as an Advisor in Marketing of real estate at the Mexican level and I continue to prepare myself every day."
To date she has worked as an independent Real Estate Consultant, with a particular style: sure of what she wants but friendly and respectful, always ready to support and seek solutions to her clients, advise them in any interest they have related or not to the real estate market, give them suggestions, share mutual experiences and most importantly achieve the satisfaction of her clients.
"Now I do what I like, I reinvented myself during the quarantine due to the global pandemic, I keep learning every day, I keep my essence and I am convinced that discipline, perseverance and determination will pay off," said Florangel.
